Check-in is anytime between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. — we’ll be ready and genuinely happy to see you. Arriving after 8:00pm? Don’t stress. Simply give us a heads up and we’ll make sure you have everything you need for a seamless late arrival. And if you want to swing by earlier to drop your bags and grab your keycode before exploring, we can usually make that happen too.
Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Need a little more time? Ask us — if the stars align and the room isn’t needed immediately, we’re happy to help. We just ask that you check in with us rather than simply… lingering. (We love you, but the next guests are excited too.)
Yes — a credit card is required for all reservations, even if you’re redeeming a gift certificate. It’s just part of how our booking system keeps things running smoothly.
We do! We offer a 5% discount for active military members and AARP/AAA cardholders. Just mention it when you book — discounts must be requested at the time of reservation and can’t be combined with other offers.
Breakfast is served each morning from 8:00AM – 10:00AM in The Dining Room. Heading out early for an adventure? We’re happy to pack a breakfast to-go — just give us the same 6:00 p.m. notice.
Absolutely — and it’s one of our favorite parts of the day. Each morning there will be a continental breakfast buffet offered in our Manner House dining room.
Yes, and we genuinely want to. If you have dietary needs — allergies, intolerances, preferences — please let us know when you book. The earlier we know, the better we can take care of you.

Yes. Daily housekeeping includes making the bed, tidying up, cleaning the bathroom, and restocking towels and toiletries. Linens are refreshed every three days unless you’d like them changed sooner — just ask.
Several wonderful ones, actually. The living room is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating for reading or unwinding. The dining room doubles as a great spot for puzzles, games, or catching up on email. The front porch with its rocking chairs is perfect for quiet mornings or golden-hour evenings, and the backyard, gardens, pool area, and firepit round things out beautifully.

Not at all. You’ll have a key code to your room and to the front door, so come and go as you please. We just ask for a little thoughtfulness toward fellow guests during the quieter hours — the kind of consideration you’d want shown to you.
